Terms of Service

TL;DR - Payment due before full-res image. Don't sell my artwork or use it on merchandise. WiPs on request. No refunds.

1. Once negotiations are complete, I will send an invoice for the full amount to your Paypal address. You can pay at any time before the final piece is complete. The full resolution image will be sent upon completion if the invoice is paid in full.
2. Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, the commissioned piece is for personal use only and may not be utilized for commercial purpose, nor may it be redistributed or modified with intent to sell.
3. I'll send a picture of the sketch before I begin working on the piece in depth to insure that you're happy with the direction the piece is going; additional work in progress shots may be provided upon request.
4. Final image will be provided with an unobtrusive watermark. 
5. By paying the invoice, you're accepting that work has begun on the piece and that a refund beyond that point will not be available.
6. Unless otherwise requested, the artist reserves the right to post the image online at zir discretion. The recipient of the work is allowed to post said piece with attribution to the artist.
